Link baiting- it works
Webmasters and anyone else that is trying to make money on the internet is trying to get links from high quality websites. It is still the best way to improve a sites standing on the search engines. Googles crack down on link buying has discouraged the link buying practice and has allegedly even punished sites for such practices. Reciprocal links don’t seem to bring the same link juice that a pure natural link brings if it brings any at all. Pure natural links can be had thru some simple steps. Our Seo Skypecast
We have just had a very successful Skypecast on the subject of SEO, Search Engine Optimization. We had close to 50 participants! Many interesting issues were raised that included, the constant changing nature of SEO and link relevance. The Skypecast took place on December 27 at 10:00 EST.

Our Senior analyst Tzvika Avnery was asked is there such a thing as a bad link?
Tzvika’s answer: “Yes there are. A good example of this would be links from unethical websites… gambling sites for instance but really any link that has nothing to do with your website’s main topic might harm your website’s standing… “ Our SEO team manager was asked about helping Google index .asp files i.e. databases files.
He answered that the main thing is to make sure that the URL does not have a lot of parameters ie. question marks and *$- and to rewrite/play around with the URL so they are simple and clean.
Beside that Google has no problem to index pages sitting in a database
